GRAPHITRON 6 programming features such as facility in programming and fixed program modules (pre-styles) have been retained, with the addition of some new options such as the possibility to modify more chains at the same time, more views of the same chain, data filters and a high interaction with the pictorial part.

GRAPHITRON software consist of four different programs to assist the operator complete a program:
Quasar -- create and modify chain programs which can be executed by the machine
The Sock Program -- includes all information needed by the machine to produce a sock (information entered by the operator through a sequence of commands)
Atlas -- The creation of proven basic chains, giving best results in a time efficient manner.
Machine Program Coding -- program loading which consists of combination of patterns and sock programs. It generates a command sequence for the knitting machine, enabling sock production.
Photon -- A graphic package giving the operator very easy to use, yet powerful, design capabilities
Pattern Creation -- New pattern modules can be created and already existing ones modified. A pattern can also be printed by using a color printer.
Galois -- Stitch cam height programming (if available on machine type)
