PIXEL STUDIO is the professional programme for the creation, modification and composition of Jacquard and Printed Fabric designs. It has been totally renovated, with new options and tools so as to create and develop new designs more easily and prepare co-ordinates, colour variants. It prepares the colour separation for Printed Fabrics, with halftone and watercolour effects. For Jacquard Fabrics it provides a wide range of specialised tools for the pattern reading of a design.
PIXEL JACQUARD transforms the design into a fabric, in the form of a pattern-reading, into instructions for jacquard machines (bonas, Stäubli, schleitcher, grosse,…). For that purpose it creates new weaves; it has a collection of over 2.000 weaves that can be applied to the design, together with the commands, which indicate the colour and density of the weft, etc. Modification of the punching, cutting of floats and yarn database are other characteristics of PIXEL-JACQUARD. With a fast simulation system so as to observe the effect of the weaves.
PIXEL WEAVER turns a PC-compatible computer into an authentic virtual loom. It can test the samples of the new Jacquard fabrics, without interrupting production, without consuming looms’ and operators’ time, yarns or energy. PIXEL WEAVER simulates and prints the fabrics with total realism, thus facilitating the verification of its technical and aesthetic characteristics before weaving. No design system is required, since you only need the disk with jacquard loom instructions that is used in the loom.
PIXEL DOBBY is conceived to offer the maximum benefits in all activities that dobby fabrics design needs. Its objective is to obtain the higher productivity of the designer work and to optimize the products manufacture.
The fact that it works simultaneously with many punchings and reaching-in allows PIXEL DOBBY to generate many designs at the same time. This way we can check all possibilities that a warps disposition or a heald reaching-in offer and generate more designs without rising in price the production.

PIXEL PRINT is the program for the direct textile digital printing control. Neither size limits nor repeats.
It works like in textile way with colors defined by the user in a receipt way or in photographic way, in cuatrichromie or hexachromie including ICC profiles.
It is possible to print with normal repeat, or vertical/horizontal drop.
