Instant overview of key results in graphs and charts
Users can configure up to three charts to be assigned to each summary. The most important results are displayed in a dashboard. All in all, information can now be understood far more quickly and easily. The new navigation toolbar enables direct access to all major functions from any part of the program – eliminating the need to return to the main menu.

Data evaluation: new editing and filter options
You can now edit your project data directly from the review runs screen. This allows you to make changes fast, without changing screen, and they will be reflected immediately in all dependent data. On top of this, improved filter and group items enable you to sort runs according to name, order number, week and many other criteria.

Multi-core processor capability: up to eight times faster
Besides faster computing times, Cut Rite now provides a progress bar and an option to “keep the last result”. This allows you to cancel the computing process at any time and to retrieve easily the last result obtained.

Easier and safer: user profiles
Each user can now create his own profile – with password, paths and much more. This makes it much easier to organise different users and to assign specific options to them.

Managing areas and volumes
Ideal for customers with horizontal storage systems: the board library has been extended to work with 50-character codes, instead of the 25 characters previously possible, and includes a new field for “material density” which allows the weight of boards, parts, offcuts and waste to be calculated. This makes it easier to calculate, for example, how many trucks will be needed for a shipment.

Calculated values in the summaries
Cut Rite now also offers you spreadsheet functions. You can, for example, easily determine the number of rip and cross cuts in a cutting pattern, copy data and mathematical formulae as you like and have the results displayed automatically. XLS/XLSX format spreadsheets can be imported directly.

Greater clarity due to vivid design
The new true-colour toolbars and buttons make optimising fun. You can store images in the parts or products libraries and then integrate them, for instance, in quotations.

• Simple, flexible and economical, Winlog Pro is a SCADA/HMI software package for the supervision of industrial and civil plants. An integrated development environment provides different tools (Gate Builder, Template Builder, Code Builder) for the easy and intuitive creation of multilanguage applications. An extensive library of drivers and an OPC Client interface allow communication with most electronic devices such as PLCs, controllers, motor drives, i/o modules; special functions can be integrated directly by the developer; standard format of history files (DBF, CSV) and ODBC (SQL) support ensure interface with most Windows applications (Excel, Access, etc.). • GRAPHIC LIBRARIES
  Development tools include Symbol Factory 2.0, the most popular library of automation graphic objects with over 4,000 manufacturing and industrial objects such as pumps, valves, motors, tanks, PLCs, piping, ISA symbols, etc; an integrated editor allows resizing and changing colour, scheme and orientation of objects (bitmap or metafile). A library of powerful graphic objects is also provided, with circular (Dial, GearDial) and linear (Vslider, Hslider) potentiometers, pointer (120Meter, 180Meter, 270Meter) and linear (Vmeter, Hmeter) indicators, thermometers (ThermoMeter), switches and selectors (RockerSwitch,ToggleSwitch).

• RUN-TIME APPLICATIONS
  Any application can be executed using one of the two available low-cost runtime licenses (128 tag and unlimited); multilanguage applications (in two languages or more) can be created, with a simple command to switch between languages. Reports and historical data can be recorded in a standard format (DBF, CSV) that can be easily accessed by other Windows applications (Excel, Access, etc.).

• NETWORK ARCHITECTURES
  Distributed Client/Server architectures can be set up using a TCP/IP protocol and a Intranet/Internet network. Multi-master structures, in which each terminal can communicate with the others so as to allow both reading and writing, are also possible. Both the fix and mobile (GSM) telephone network can be used to communicate with remote devices or to send SMS to maintenance operators; in this way a supervision centre can provide a remote assistance service to a network of peripheral sites spread around the country.

• TRENDS
  Historical or online trends can be displayed individually or in groups: up to ten trends at a time are possible, which can refer to different kinds of tags, each with its own colour and scale. The temporal axis can be shifted backwards and forwards using video icons, the mouse can be used to zoom in and out, and various other viewing options are possible (grids, line thicknesses, modes of interpolation, etc.).

• EVENTS AND ALARMS
  Events and alarms can be activated as a function of the values taken on by associated tags: alarms are signalled immediately in a specially reserved area of the screen, and the confirmation by the operator is also controlled. Status information (active events) and history (date, time, event) can be accessed according to various freely definable categories (eg. priority and location).

• RECIPES
  The recipes are sets of characteristic values of a working process or a plant configuration: new recipes can be created and existing ones updated (copied, deleted, renamed, printed and modified), as well as being imported and exported to and from the process itself. The application of a recipe can be commanded by the operator, automatically executed on start-up, or triggered by the program (eg. batch process).

• REPORTS
  Reports with summary information about production data or process quality or plant alarms can be generated in a pre-programmed format and can be displayed or printed or sent to any peripheral device. Reports can be either requested by the operator, or automatically generated on a cyclic basis (after a specific time interval, on a particular day of the week, etc.), or triggered by the program (eg. in case of end of production ). Copies of reports are also recorded in history files and can be accessed by other software packages (Excel, Access, etc.).

• SECURITY
  Each menu item, template, tag, etc., can be protected by the specification of the groups authorized to access it and those who can modify it. A name, password, and member-ship of one or more groups can then be defined for an unlimited number of operators. Every operator's action that has produced a data modification is recorded in a history file by date, time, event description and operator's name.

Introdution

• Ramsete III has been thought up and realized as integrated solution for the computerized development of the
• designs for the fabrics printing.
• It is composed of various programs, some dedicated to the management of the peripheral unities (scanner,
• printing, spectrophotometers etc.) others to the treatment of the image according to the demands of the
• various cycles of the production what: creation, correction, films separation, colorway. Thanks to the full
• exploitation of the hardware characteristics and of the more evolved operating systems (IRIX, Linux, MacOSX
• and Windows) the software is able to perform more operations contemporarily reducing accordingly the times
• of elaboration of the design. The application provides besides the support of cross-platform sharing for the
• scanners and printers. An effective memory management and the technique of compression of the image
• complete the system allowing easily to elaborate designs of great dimensions.

 

 

 

 

Qloud, the latest software offering from QPS, is just such an offine tool that is fully integrated with QINSy, the online acquisition software, but also available as a stand-alone package. Handling extremely large datasets, it performs statistically-based data cleaning using parameters such as Total Propagated Error (TPE), IHO S-44 guidelines, in the CUBE algorithms (UNH), and in the Least Square Statistical Spline Method. Qloud imports DTM points from QINSy QPD fles, (includes multiple data attribute fags generated in QINSy), or from any third party point fles, with or without attributes and metadata. The moment the data is loaded into Qloud, the survey is viewed as a single cloud of data points, presented in the full geographical context of ENCs and GeoTIFF imagery.

Automatic data cleaning tools using Clips, Area Spline flters and CUBE, are applied to the entire survey at once, or sequentially to selected sections. Where centre and outer beams overlap, TPE values are used to correctly weight each data point. A full complement of manual editing tools is also available. Whether the data is viewed as individual soundings, or as gridded data, is the user’s choice, often dictated by the deliverable. For example, viewing every last individual sounding is wasted effort if the deliverable is a single mean sounding per grid cell. Flexible viewing options allow, for example, presentation of the SD attribute of a gridded dataset in one pane, and the 3D points cloud in another pane. By pinpointing bad SD values, the spotlight is quickly directed in the points cloud for more focused analysis.
